The Adult Learning and Training Centre has had a busy year!

 

ALTC would like to share with you what our organization has been up to for the last year*.

Here at ALTC we added 120 New Learners to our 86 Carry-Over Learners to make a total of 206 Learners!

Out of all of our exited learners, 81% successfully completed their program with ALTC and moved on to employment, volunteer work, training and education or other Literacy and Basic Skills Training. We hope the remaining 19% found their new skills that they gained here to be useful in their future endeavors.

The Adult Learning and Training Centre would like to give a big THANK YOU to our 47 volunteers for their combined total of 2867 hours! We really appreciate all that you do for our organization and our learners.

This year our learners put in a combined total of 9498 hours! Keep up the good work everybody!

ALTC will spend the upcoming year** continuing to work towards our Vision where "We envision a community in which all residents have the necessary skills to achieve their dreams and enhance the quality of their lives".

ALTC is working hard to ensure that our move to our new site in Smiths Falls will not disrupt the quality of service for our Learners.
